The Manufactures Alliance of Bucks County and Montgomery is offering a two part strategy to address a major manufacturing business survival issue:
Part one – “TALKING CASH FLOW”
Manufacturers only event – 5:00 to 7:00PM on
May 19th at the Iron Abbey in Horsham.
In a casual setting, manufacturing executives will share issues, concerns and strategies about how they manage the daily cash flow challenges of thier business.
The goal is to create a list of questions they would like answered and ideas on the kinds of financial services they think will be helpful to most manufacturers in our region. Behind closed doors the hope is to clarify the types of problems they would like addressed by specialist in banking, accounting, capital investing, state level initiatives and the economic development corporations in our region.
Alliance leadership team members have volunteered to share a few poignant stories, lessons learned and significant take a ways. They will also lead discussions among their peers around the relevant points raised from the group conversations.

Part two – “NETWORKING AROUND CASH FLOW SOLUTIONS”
General Meeting: 10AM to Noon on
June 8th at the Iron Abby in Horsham.
As a follow-up to the manufactures only meeting on business cash flow issues, this event is intended to bring together manufactures and service providers. All will be meeting at one location to network and discuss different options, view financial services and provide resources that can talk directly to interested manufacturers.
The event will include:
- Manufacturers answering questions raised from the May meeting
- Results of the survey distributed to manufactures after the May meeting
- 30-45 minute Q&A from a few expert service providers that will focus on cash flow alternatives outside of hitting your LOC, dipping into your equity or getting a high cost loan.
- Networking among the service providers who will at various stations throughout the room to address individual company needs and questions.
Special note: service providers who participate in this event will need to be recommended by one of more manufacturing members of The Alliance. When you RSVP to attend, you will need to provide the name of your sponsor in order to receive an invitation in return.
