Tom Krol was the President and Founder of IMET Corporation, now part of the Therm Omega Tech family of companies. Today they operate under the TJM Electronics brand. As co-chair of the Manufacturing Alliance, Tom provides formal and informal guidance to businesses and entrepreneurs looking to build successful products in the US. He is also active in the community helping students and faculty understand electronics engineering and manufacturing.

Bud has invested 40 years working in manufacturing. He started as a machinist building products for OEM’s the medical industry & aerospace. In addition to his VP responsibilities at EF Group, he enjoys working with students, faculty, and parents spreading the word of manufacturing. He devotes countless hours as a board member for several organizations that support the growth of manufacturing in Pennsylvania.

Karla is the COO at Electro Soft Incorporated. In addition to volunteering her time and expertise with this Manufacturing Alliance, Karla is also a member of Women in Manufacturing and co-chairs the Southeastern PA Manufacturing Alliance.
Lisa Christman, SPHR-SCP
Ms. Christman is the Senior Director of Human Resources at K’NEX. She leads the Talent Pipeline committee and encourages members of the Alliance to take advantage of the many formalized, and informal, opportunities to rebuild manufacturing’s appeal to high potential recruits.
M&S Centerless Grinding
Joined the family business in 1987 and has since grown the company more than tenfold. John is a true advocate of the need for workforce development and changing misperceptions about manufacturing. As President of the NTMA in our region, he believes deeply that the manufacturing industry and the development of a highly talented workforce.

Eric Wilhelm, President of KVInc, is an avid proponent of American Manufacturing with a focus on building the manufacturing talent of our future. Serving as a past President of The NTMA and current Secretary of the National Tooling and Machining Association’s Apprenticeship Training Committee.

M&S Centerless Grinding
Susan Cloran is responsible for Sales and Community Outreach at M&S Centerless Grinding. She is also involved in coordinating efforts for the Talent Pipeline Subcommittee within The Alliance. Closing the manufacturing skills gap is a top priority for Susan and she also promotes The Alliance to all businesses she encounters.
Bucks County Workforce Development Board
Mark is the Manufacturing Specialist with the Bucks County Workforce Development Board. He works with area employers to assist with workforce training opportunities, overseeing state grant helping with a company’s hiring efforts. Mark is responsible for administering state grants and the WIB liaison for the Manufacturing Alliance of Bucks and Montgomery Counties Industry Partnership.
